Caring, honesty, respect, responsibility – these values characterized my 37-year career as a teacher, coach, YMCA camp director (Camp Yomechas, Middleboro, MA), and as the President/CEO of the Hockomock Area YMCA (North Attleboro, MA), and most recently the YMCA of Greater Springfield (Springfield, MA) - and I continue to embody them in the world of real estate.

My family and I have enjoyed summers on the Cape since 1982, and now that our kids are grown, my wife Mary Beth and I look forward to many years as permanent residents. We can think of no better place we’d rather call home than the sandy shores of Cape Cod.

As for life on the Cape, my hobbies reflect the kinds of activities that are available: running, golf, kayaking, swimming, theater, music, dining out, and relaxing on sunny beaches. I didn’t even mention boating, convenient shopping, and the fact that the Upper Cape is also an easy drive to Boston and Providence. Families with school-age children will appreciate the great schools and a full array of youth organizations and recreational opportunities. It really is a great place.
